At LivStudios Manila Bay, we are committed to ensuring you receive the best available rate when you book directly with us.
Here’s how our Best Rate Guarantee works:
- Book your stay directly on our official website or call our reservations telephone.
- If you find a lower publicly-available rate (for the same room type, date, length of stay, and cancellation terms) on another website within 24 hours of booking, send us the webpage link and reservation details.
- Once validated, we’ll match the lower rate and provide an additional 5% discount on the difference (or offer a hotel credit).
- The offer does not apply to rates that are part of opaque or membership-only sites, flash sales, loyalty program discount rates, or rates that require conditions other than our standard terms.
- We reserve the right to verify the external rate and apply this policy prior to your arrival.
Terms & Conditions
- Valid only for bookings made directly through our website or reservations line.
- Must be the same room type, dates, and cancellation/advance payment terms.
- Must be publicly accessible at the time of booking and remain available until validation.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or special offers.
